We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven B2B Sales Representative to generate warm leads and referrals for our HR consulting services. This role is perfect for individuals with existing business networks or experience selling professional services. You will not be required to close the deal — just open the door.
Responsibilities
Present our firm’s value proposition clearly and confidently to potential clients
Schedule qualified introductions or warm handoffs to our internal HR consultants
Maintain accurate records of outreach, contacts, and referral activity in CRM tools
Meet or exceed monthly referral targets
Continuously grow your pipeline through networking, outreach, and relationship building
Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
Qualifications
Proven B2B sales, referral, or networking experience (HR services, insurance, legal, or consulting a plus)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Strong understanding of small business challenges, particularly in HR and compliance
Comfortable working on a commission-only basis with uncapped earning potential

Job Summary
As an HR Generalist, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients across multiple industries, supporting them with day-to-day HR needs and compliance requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of employment laws, and the ability to work independently while juggling multiple client priorities.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary HR contact for assigned clients• Provide guidance on HR best practices, employee relations, and policy interpretation• Conduct HR compliance audits and recommend corrective actions• Draft and revise employee handbooks, job descriptions, and workplace policies• Support clients with hiring, onboarding, and termination processes• Stay up to date on federal and state employment laws (especially FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEOC, and state-specific leave laws)• Assist with performance management processes and documentation• Partner with internal team and other consultants to deliver seamless client service• Maintain organized records and track client communications and deliverables
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role (multi-state experience preferred)• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, project management software)• Experience supporting small businesses or working in an HR consulting capacity is a plus• PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification preferred but not required• Comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy
